Our client is seeking a Business Manager to join their team in the Grantham area to provide an oversight of the sales process. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and offers an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Business / Transaction Manager, or a highly experienced Sales Executive looking for a step up.

Responsibilities for the Business Manager role:
  • Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the FCA guidelines
  • Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives
  • Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges
  • Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance
  • Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance 
In order to be considered for this Business Manager role, you must:
  • Experienced as a Transaction or Business Manager or be a an experienced Sales Executive
  • Have an professional approach with the ability to mentor others
  • Have strong attention to detail and compliance
  • Have commitment to our client's values of people, customers, integrity and innovation
