My Client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join the team at our client’s prestigious automotive dealership in the Ellesmere Port area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to contribute to a successful After Sales team and make an impact within a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do for this Parts Advisor role.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering advice and solutions on vehicle parts over the phone.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, delivering expert guidance while helping achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and supporting the parts team.
  • Collaborate with a supportive, driven team to continue the success of the After Sales department.
What my client is looking for in a Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive environment, ideally with a main dealer.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet set targets.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships over the phone.
  • Smart appearance and a professional approach.
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
