Our client a successful automotive business are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Huddersfield. 

For this Service Advisor role you will need:
  • High level of customer service excellence
  • Friendly and self-assured demeanor
  • Skilled in professional face-to-face customer communication
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with the flexibility to tailor communication to various audiences
  • Competent in using computers and quick to master new systems
  • Proactive and resourceful
For this Service Advisor role you will be:
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers
  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Providing customers with regular updates on workshop progress
  • Collaborating with the workshop and other internal teams
  • Clearly explaining the work performed on customer vehicles
  • Generating invoices
  • Processing customer payments
  • Managing and updating the customer database to ensure accuracy
The successful Service Advisor will get:
