Our client one of the largest Automotive retailers are currently looking to add Car Sales Executive to their team in Huddersfield. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

For this Car Sales Executive role you will need:
  • Be dynamic and self-driven with a passion for their work.
  • Focused on uncovering new business prospects while offering support to team members.
  • Skilled in active listening with the ability to influence and persuade in both challenging and favorable situations.
  • Do you have experience in a main dealership environment?
  • Do you have at least two years of experience in automotive sales?
  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent, along with relevant FCA qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with excellent abilities in presentation, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A full, clean driving license held for at least 6 months.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
For this Car Sales Executive role you will be:
  • Meet sales targets in accordance with established KPIs.
  • Create a positive and lasting impression of both themselves and TrustFord on a diverse customer base.
  • Provide the best possible customer experience, adhering to PPA standards.
  • Anticipate and understand customer needs, exceeding expectations by building strong relationships, addressing issues, and delivering an outstanding experience.
  • Engage with customers ethically and professionally, fostering long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Showcase in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate it to customers.
  • Take ownership of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
The successful Car Sales Executive will get:
