Vehicle Technician needed in Newcastle
  • Basic salary of c. £37,000.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) / Saturday mornings on a Rota basis.

  • Our client is seeking applications from passionate and  experienced Vehicle Technicians with a Level 3 qualification although we encourage applications from anyone with dealership experience.

Our client, a highly regarded automotive retailer, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their team in their busy Newcastle branch. With a nationwide coverage, you'll be part of a growing endeavor that has gone from strength to strength in recent years.

What will the successful Vehicle Technician do?
  • Repair and service vehicles.
  • Complete diagnostic checks.
  • Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
  • Complete work to DVSA standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required.
The successful Vehicle Technician will have:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally operating in a Main Dealer/Independent Garage.
  • Own Set of Tools.
  • MOT License preferred although not essential.
  • Full UK Driving License.
The successful Vehicle Technician will get:
