HGV Sales Executive required in Lancaster
  • Basic salary of £31,571 per annum with a great bonus structure in place!
  • Working Hours Monday - Friday 8.00 - 5.00 - No weekends!

Our client, a commercial vehicle dealership in Lancaster, is currently looking to recruit a HGV Sales Executive for their growing team. 

You'll be part of a business that has seen success for 4 decades and well established across the UK!

Responsibilities' you will expect to fulfill within this HGV Sales Executive role include: 
  • Selling new mostly new Trucks to a selected sales territory, while also utilising your knowledge for the used vehicle sales.
  • Selling leasing and financial products on behalf of the business
  • Maximising your profit based on set and achievable targets.
  • Ensure that all customers are informed of and shown all available options, including extras, accessories, extended warranties, and other value-added products and proactively seek and secure repeat and additional sales using prospecting, follow-up, referral, and other available methods.
Requirements within this HGV Sales Executive role: 
  • Be able to demonstrate a solid record of previous sales experience.
  • Have a good knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to qualify customer needs fully and accurately.
  • Be able to demonstrate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer legislation, regulations, and trade practices as well as vehicle legislation as it affects the industry.
  • Be able to drive a variety of vehicles in a calm, safe and reassuring manner.
  • Have a full and current UK driving licence.
  • An HGV licence would be desirable.
