In this Senior Vehicle Technician role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing and conducting vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and complex repairs following manufacturers' guidelines.
  • Leading and mentoring junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise.
  • Diagnosing complex vehicle issues, ensuring repairs are carried out to the highest standard.
  • Communicating with Vehicle Service Receptionists to discuss required repairs and time estimates.
  • Ensuring accurate and detailed maintenance and repair records are kept.
  • Testing repaired systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
  • Managing workshop resources effectively to meet job deadlines and enhance productivity.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of workshop processes and customer service standards.
