- Hours: 24 per week – choose between 3 full days or mornings 5 days per week
- Salary: £30,000 pro rata (Full-Time Equivalent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Sales Administration: Accurately process all documentation related to vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Stock Management: Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle stock, ensuring all details are correctly logged in internal systems.
- Coordinating Deliveries: Schedule and track vehicle deliveries, working closely with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Customer & Supplier Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, and suppliers regarding orders, invoices, and vehicle registrations.
- System Updates & Reporting: Update internal databases, prepare reports, and assist with general record-keeping.
- Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with paperwork, invoicing, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous Motor Trade experience in a Sales Administration role is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Competence in using CRM systems such as Kerridge or Pinnacle and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive and positive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving.
