Our client, a leading Prestige Main Dealer in Weybridge, is seeking a Service Quality Specialist to join their aftersales department. This is a brand-new role created to meet the growing demands of their busy workshop.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving workshop efficiency, quality assurance, and technical excellence across the service department.
Key Responsibilities of the Service Quality Specialist:
- Provide day-to-day technical support and guidance to Vehicle Technicians and Service Advisors.
- Ensure workshop processes align with the Vehicle Manufacturer Service Process and manufacturer coding/documentation quality standards.
- Oversee and manage the progression of technical repairs, using manufacturer systems and workshop processes.
- Maintain brand warranty standards and ensure documentation complies with manufacturer requirements.
- Coach and develop team members on the latest systems, procedures, and technologies.
- Have a strong technical background and be highly process-driven.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, especially when carrying out quality checks.
- Be enthusiastic about continuous learning and development in evolving automotive technology.
- Be able to absorb technical information quickly and communicate clearly with the wider aftersales team.
