  • Highly Competitive Basic Salary

  • Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM (1 in 5 weeks until 5:30 PM)
  • Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (1 in 3 Saturdays)
  • Total: 42.5 hours per week
  • Lunch Break: 1 hour
  • Holiday Entitlement: 22 days + 8 standard bank holidays

Duties of an Automotive Parts Tele-Sales Advisor with our client:
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound customer calls, providing expert advice on automotive parts and accessories.
  • Sales Generation: Proactively engage in outbound sales calls to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a tele-sales or customer service role within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
