As the Aftersales Advisor you will be a proactive member of the management team, with responsibility for the Service Department and reporting to the General Manager. You will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour. You will greet customers in to the Aftersales Department and book their vehicles in for associated repair work, have extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, up-sell on additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle whilst taking payments for work completed.
The successful Aftersales Advisor candidate will ideally live within the Aberystwyth region and will have a track record in the stock/inventory management with strong IT/customer facing skill. Any working experience within a automotive business would be highly advantageous to the application, however this is not essential. A UK driving license is highly desirable also due to the nature of the role and location.
