Duties of a Parts Sales Advisor with our client:
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound customer calls, providing expert advice on automotive parts and accessories.
  • Sales Generation: Engage in outbound sales calls to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
