Vehicle Technician Required in Aldershot, Hampshire 
  • Salary: Up to £38,000+ Basic DOE with opportunities for progression and additional training
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (flexibility offered) + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 08:30 - 12:30 (included in basic pay)
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded Car Dealership in the Aldershot, Hampshire area. Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing workshop team. This is a rare opportunity to join a long-standing, stable workshop with an excellent reputation for both customer service and staff satisfaction.

The Role of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Performing diagnostic tests and identifying vehicle faults
  • Conducting repairs and routine maintenance to brand standards
  • Delivering first-class service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols in a busy workshop
  • Collaborating with a team of skilled technicians to maintain high standards
Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a workshop environment (main dealership experience preferred but not essential)
  • A Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Strong technical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • MOT certification (desirable but not essential – training provided)
