- Location: Aldershot
- Salary: £28,000–£36,000 (DOE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break) with Saturday mornings on a rotational basis
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to completion of service. Using the straightforward DMS system, you’ll efficiently handle customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups, while supporting the team in maintaining the centre’s excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor / Administrator
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers warmly and professionally.
- Manage service and MOT bookings using their simple DMS system.
- Communicate clearly with customers about service progress, repair costs, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate job cards and work updates.
- Handle payments, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure all services comply with the workshop’s high-quality standards.
- Support the team by scheduling jobs effectively to optimise productivity.
- Handle customer queries or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
