Our Automotive client is a trusted name in the UK automotive parts industry, offering top-quality products to garages, mechanics, and trade customers. They are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Trade Car Parts Advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities of this Trade Car Parts Advisor include:
- Provide expert advice on car parts to trade customers, ensuring they receive the correct products for their needs.
- Process customer orders and sales, ensuring accurate order details and delivery information.
- Maintain and update stock levels, ensuring products are available and well-organised.
- Develop strong relationships with trade customers, offering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge.
- Assist with stock ordering and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in the automotive trade as a Car Parts Advisor, preferably trade sales.
- A strong knowledge of car parts and vehicle makes/models.
- Excellent telephone, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and stock management.
- A positive attitude with a passion for the automotive industry.
