Classic Car Mechanic / Modern Technician
  • Required in the Woking, Surrey area 
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic Per Annum
  • Pay: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5PM - NO WEEKENDS 
We are currently working with a well respected and established Classic Car Business who have been operating in our local are for over 20 successful years and counting. This client has an outstanding reputation internationally for their specialist Marque of choice with over 100 years combined hands on mechanical knowledge; if you love Motor Engineering, Classic and Vintage cars; also modern examples as well our client wants to hear from you NOW!  

They are seeking an enthusiastic and willing to learn Motor Engineer / Technician who has at least 5 years mechanical workshop experience; this could be a Car Dealership, Service Centre or other Classic Car Restoration businesses to join and support the work of our clients Classic Car Mechanical workshop team. This is a very interesting Automotive job opportunity not to be missed. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Car Garages in their local area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician or Classic Car Restoration Mechanic to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day. Within this Classic Car / Modern Mechanic role your typical duties will include include: 
  • Servicing vehicles, carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturers’ guidelines
  • Fabricating or Repairing faulty parts and components
  • Advising the Workshop Manager about required repairs
  • Maintaining repair and service records
  • Diagnosing the cause of a problem
  • Repairing the problem in line with companies standards 
  • Repairing and replacing vehicle components
  • Testing existing and repaired systems
