- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
- Early Friday finish on a rota basis when working Saturdays

- Providing excellent customer service to retail and workshop clients
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts to customers efficiently
- Managing stock control and ensuring accurate inventory levels
- Processing parts orders, invoicing, and handling payments
- Liaising with the service team to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs
- Handling phone and face-to-face inquiries professionally and promptly
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate parts records
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Kerridge / Pinnacle / CDK systems (preferred but not essential)
