  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch)
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
  • Early Friday finish on a rota basis when working Saturdays

Key Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor:
  • Providing excellent customer service to retail and workshop clients
  • Identifying and supplying the correct parts to customers efficiently
  • Managing stock control and ensuring accurate inventory levels
  • Processing parts orders, invoicing, and handling payments
  • Liaising with the service team to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs
  • Handling phone and face-to-face inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate parts records
Who Is Our Client Looking For?
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Kerridge / Pinnacle / CDK systems (preferred but not essential)
