Location: Guildford, Surrey
Hours: 24 per week – choose between 3 full days or mornings 5 days per week
Salary: £30,000 pro rata (Full-Time Equivalent)
Our client, a well-established and reputable Car Dealership business in Guildford, is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis to fulfil at 24 hour a week requirement for their administration and accounts team based in Guildford, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Sales Administration: Accurately process all documentation related to vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Stock Management: Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle stock, ensuring all details are correctly logged in internal systems.
- Coordinating Deliveries: Schedule and track vehicle deliveries, working closely with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Customer & Supplier Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, and suppliers regarding orders, invoices, and vehicle registrations.
- System Updates & Reporting: Update internal databases, prepare reports, and assist with general record-keeping.
- Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with paperwork, invoicing, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Competence in using CRM systems such as Kerridge or Pinnacle and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A proactive and positive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving.
