We are currently working with a forward-thinking, family-run Main Dealer in the Ashford area, who are looking to recruit a Parts Advisor to join their busy Aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that puts people first – from internal staff progression to customer service delivery.

This is a full-time position with no weekend working. The Parts Advisor role will be focused mainly on the back counter, supplying parts to the Technician team and working closely with the Workshop Controller and Aftersales Manager to ensure a smooth daily operation.

What You'll Be Doing as Parts Advisor:
  • Delivering a first-class parts service to both internal and trade customers
  • Accurately identifying and sourcing automotive parts
  • Managing inventory, stock levels, and part orders using ADP/Kerridge systems
  • Liaising with Technicians to pre-pick parts for upcoming jobs
  • Assisting the Service team in maintaining excellent customer service levels
  • Upholding brand standards and company processes
About You:
  • You’ll have previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the Automotive Industry
  • VAG (Volkswagen Group) knowledge is beneficial, but not essential
  • Familiarity with ADP, Kerridge, or Drive DMS systems is helpful
  • Logical thinker with great attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Smart, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
