What’s in it for you as a Parts Advisor?
- A Competitive Basic Salary – Basic Salary up to £29,000
- An opportunity for bonus with an OTE of £32,000
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30

- Receiving and unloading new stock and deliveries.
- Sorting and storing as well as recording incoming parts and materials on an internal database.
- Respond to internal workshop and external customer queries on a face to face basis, phone and email.
- Pick and distribute parts for the Technicians within the Workshop, working from job sheets and alongside the Service Advisor and Sales Team within the dealership.
- Ensuring a prompt and courteous manner when dealing with customer enquiries, selling the benefits of products and services.
- Ensure accurate ordering, checking and location of all parts, reporting stock discrepancies and damage to the Service Manager.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all internal and external customers updating records as necessary.
- Experience of working in the Automotive Industry is preferred by not essential.
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills
- Confident communication skills
- Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
- Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
- Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
- Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
- Right to live and work with the UK.
- Kerridge experience is ideal!
